Refund & Cancellation Policies


Intro Offer(s)

  • First Class Free is valid for first time class attendees only 

  • Not valid for Specialty Workshops, Intensives, or Courses

  • No shows and late cancellations forfeit this offer

  • Expires 12 months after activation date

Drop In Classes & Specialty Workshops

  • Early Cancellations made more than 12 hours before class start time by selecting “early cancel” on the Mindbody App, are not subject to charges and are automatically credited to the student’s mindbody account.

  • Late Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class will be charged 50% of the full class price. Monthly unlimited memberships will be charged $10.

  • No Shows (no cancellation made through Mindbody) will forfeit the full class fee or one class visit if using a Class Pass. If you no show on a Monthly Unlimited Membership, you will be charged the full class rate of $20.

  • Waitlist: It is assumed that by being on the waitlist, you will be able to attend the class if you get in. If you no longer wish to take class, please remember to remove yourself from the waitlist. If you fail to remove yourself and are added to the class within the 12 hour cancellation period, regular cancellation policy applies.

Class Passes

  • All Class Passes (single, 5 class, & 10 class) cannot be shared, transferred, extended, or refunded after purchase, including unused portions and expire 12 months after purchase date.

Courses & Intensives

  • Refund policy: If a written request is made via email to glow@luminesquedance.com by course start date, Luminesque will either refund the amount minus a $50 administrative fee to the original method of payment or transfer the full amount to the student’s mindbody account. Payments are non refundable after the course start date.

  • Missed classes due to reasons outside of Luminesque’s control (ie. illness, vacation, weather, etc.) are not the responsibility of Luminesque and will not be made up or refunded.

  • If you are unable to finish a term due to medical reasons, please submit a doctor’s note to glow@luminesquedance.com. This does not guarantee any credit or refund, but will be taken into consideration by our team. 

Monthly Unlimited Pass

  • A minimum term of 2 months is required. Payments are charged to the stored credit card on an automatic monthly basis on the same date each month based on purchase date.

  • Contract terminations may be requested by emailing glow@luminesquedance.com and require at least 5 business days advance notice to review and process. Requests received less than 5 business days in advance will be processed as soon as possible but without guarantee of matching your requested cancellation date or preventing a scheduled monthly pass billing. Monthly payments, once billed, are not eligible for refund.

  • Contract holds may be requested up to 2 times per calendar year by emailing glow@luminesquedance.com. Each hold can be a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 1 month in length. Requests require at least 5 business days advance notice to review and process. Once approved, your current month will be extended and all future payment dates will be adjusted forward by the number of days on hold.  Holds cannot be backdated.

  • Members must cancel class sign ups at least 12 hours before the start of class time by selecting “Early Cancel” on the Mindbody App. Less than 12 hours notice will be considered a Late Cancellation and will result in a charge of $10.

  • Only applicable towards 1 hour drop-in classes.
