Event FAQ’s


  • Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter your events?

Most of our events are held in spaces that are 19+ Any Ticket holder unable to present valid identification indicating that they are at least 19 years of age will not be admitted to these events, and will not be eligible for a refund. LGBTQIA2+ / All identities welcome.

  • What can/can’t I bring into the event?

We allow personal use of cellphones and cameras but please refrain from using a flash. We ask that you remain respectful of personal space and safety of both other audience members and dancers at all times. We do not allow any outside food or beverages into these events.

  • How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Please email glow@luminesquedance.com and allow 48 business hours for a response regarding all event related questions or requests.

  • What is the refund policy?

All tickets are refundable up to 7 days prior to the scheduled event. If you purchased a ticket for the wrong location or day then please email with your contact info, including email used to purchase, and desired transfer date. All transfers are subject to ticket availability.

  • Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

All ticket holders must present either a digital or printed copy with a valid QR code for entry. Please be prepared to present your ticket at the door.

  • Is it ok if the name on my ticket doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes, as long as they have a valid ticket for the correct date of entry.

  • Washrooms & Accessibility

We try to ensure washrooms are for all genders/ gender neutral and may be used by any person regardless of gender identity or expression. Unless otherwise stated by the specific venue. Please note, Celebrities nightclub and Fortune Soundclub are not wheelchair accessible, and not scent reduced.

  • WARNING - LED and/or strobe lighting may be used during performances
