Get everything you need for a month of dancing with Sarah! This bundle features choreography you can perform to your favourite sassy songs. Get moving, learn some new skills, and celebrate your hard work alongside your fellow students in a virtual workshop with Sarah on January 31 from 6-8PM PST.

CONDITIONING WARMUP
10-20 minute downloadable videos
Increase mobility, boost energy, get your heart pumping and learn skills conditioning in a do-at-home exercise video.
CHOREOGRAPHY CLASS
45-60 minute downloadable videos
Learn a dynamic piece of choreography set to a specific BPM (beats per minute). Each choreography class will focus on a particular style of movement, but can be performed to any song of your choice with that BPM. The choreography is licensed so you can record yourself performing it and post it in full to social media (with a credit), if you wish.
SELF-CARE COOLDOWN
10-15 minute downloadable videos
Get grounded, soothe anxiety, and calm yourself after an intense workout (or day) in a do-anywhere, self-care video.
LIVE VIRTUAL WORKSHOP
2-hour live Zoom workshops
Celebrate your achievements, connect with other students, and be seen (and if you wish, receive personal feedback or choreography clarification) from your choreographer in a LIVE virtual workshop you attend via Zoom on a particular date.
