booking classes just got easier!

Hi Luminesque Community,

For years we’ve been hearing from you that WellnessLiving (our previous booking software) was difficult, confusing, and often just didn’t work. We shared in your frustrations and have been diligently hunting for better options for what felt like forever… until now!

We are so thrilled to announce that we are finally ready and able to move away from WellnessLiving, and upgrade to a new platform - Momence!

Booking, billing, and communicating with Luminesque all just got infinitely easier for you and us, and we couldn’t be more excited.

WHAT WE’VE ALREADY DONE FOR YOU

  • An account has already been created for you, using your old WellnessLiving credentials

  • All of your registrations for courses and classes have automatically moved over for you

  • All of your memberships, class passes, and account credits have been moved over for you

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO ASAP

  1. Log in to your Momence account that’s automatically been created for you based on your WellnessLiving account with us

    1. You will receive an email to reset your password. If you don’t receive it, log in with your same WellnessLiving email and click “Forgot Password”.

  2. Add a payment method to your new account that’s been automatically created for you, to keep payment plans in good standing

    1. Once logged in, click My Account in the bottom left, and add one to Saved Payment Methods

    2. Please note the deadline to do this is before the next booked class you have with Luminesque

  3. Delete the Luminesque Dance app from your phone (you can now book on our website, or download the Momence app on Android or iOS)

  4. Let us know if anything seems off before October 1, 2024 and we can cross reference with WellnessLiving to sort it out for you

    1. If you notice after this date, we will do our best to cross reference with downloaded reports, but it’s much simpler if we catch issues right away

WHY THIS IS AWESOME

  • Momence is a mobile-friendly and much more accessible platform to use

  • You don’t need to download an app to your phone to easily book on mobile

  • Billing information (i.e. receipts) and managing payment methods no longer need to go through us

  • You can book drop-in classes at several other studios (i.e. iDance, Valley Girls) through the same app

  • Enhanced reliability and functionality should mean a much smoother and easier booking process in the future

  • We’ve added a Referrals program, where you can share your Affiliate link and earn account credit automatically!

Please note you will no longer be able to book courses or classes on WellnessLiving as of September 8, 2024. You will still be able to access your account for a few weeks following, but all future bookings after September 8 will need to be made on Momence.
